A Recipe For:
Four Seasons Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 large red apple, cored and chopped
1 head broccoli, chopped
1/2 small head cabbage, shredded
1-2 onions, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar or honey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine apple and next 3 ingredients. In a blender, combine salt and remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss. Yield: 6-8 servings.
